The product was great. The wait to get it loaded was not. There was 1 other customer ahead of me and plenty of employees walking around. Loading up customers does not seem to be a priority. It took 45 minutes from when I was asked to back my truck up for loading until loading was complete. I had one small pallet (16 9.5ft long PBR panels). The workers were friendly and nice enough.
